Wednesdays and Thursdays, 16:00–18:30: All year round. EU citizens, EU residents and work permit holders, and Ibero-American citizens, with ID. Box office only.
On 18 May and 12 October: International Museum Day (except closing days) and National Day, regardless of nationality.

In 2026 it is also closed from 1 to 4 April (Holy Week, changes every year).
There may be closures for official events.
