Prado Museum, how long to spend. Why two hours is the sweet spot, what time to walk in for the free evening, and which door gets you past the ticket queue. An online ticket, even for today, skips the desks at the Goya entrance, under-18s go free with ID, and the one-hour route covers Las Meninas and The Third of May 1808.

The Royal Palace asks EU or Ibero-American nationality at the desk.
